Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released the official Indian Oil Mathura Refinery Apprentice Notification 2026 for engaging apprentices at its Mathura Refinery in Uttar Pradesh. In this notification a total 163 tentative vacancies across various technical and non-technical trades and disciplines, providing young candidates with hands-on training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 (as amended). IOCL Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Trade Apprentice (ITI-based): 10th pass + 2-year full-time ITI/NTC in relevant trade from NCVT/SCVT-recognized institute.
• Technician Apprentice: 3-year full-time Diploma in relevant engineering branch (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation, etc.) from a recognized institute, with minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories).
• Other Trades: Relevant qualifications like 12th pass or vocational certificates where applicable.

Age Limit

The general age limit is 18 to 24 years. Upper age relaxation is provided as per government norms:

• SC/ST Candidates: Relaxation of up to 5 years.
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates: Relaxation of up to 3 years.
• PwBD Candidates: Relaxation of up to 10 years. PwBD candidates belonging to SC/ST or OBC categories get additional relaxation.
